Authorities are hoping surveillance video and public input can lead to the arrest of a man who pulled off a theft in Girard Estate.
Between 9:45 and 11 p.m. March 26, the criminal gained entry to a vehicle on the 23rd Street and Oregon Avenue, taking several items, including the owner’s credit cards. Surveillance footage inside a Northeast Philly Wawa captured his image later that night as he used the credit cards.
