At 4:57 a.m. Sunday, a man ran up behind his victim on the 200 block of Tasker Street and pushed her to the ground. He punched her in the face and proceeded to commit the sexual assault. A neighbor heard the female scream, leading the offender to flee. She described him as Hispanic and 20 to 25 years old; having a medium build; and wearing a black coat and red hoody.
