Authorities arrested a Fairmount man for supposedly stealing from a vehicle in South of South.
On Friday, the Philadelphia Police Department announced the detainment of Tyrone Thomas, with surveillance video footage from April 20 showing someone gaining access to a car on the 2600 block of Bainbridge Street and removing unidentified objects. The 24-year-old was charged with theft and related offenses stemming from the matter and two other April incidents in Center and Old City.
