Aged to perfection

The rewards of aging gracefully were on display Friday, as Mayor Michael Nutter honored a collection of Philadelphia’s 100-year-olds at the 10th Annual Mayor’s Centenarian Celebration. The two-hour celebration, held at Penn’s Landing Caterers, 1301 S. Columbus Blvd., gathered residents from various areas of the city as part of Philadelphia’s contribution to Older Americans Month.
