In celebration of National Pancake Day Feb. 23, IHOP, 3 Snyder Ave., offers a free short stack of buttermilk pancakes from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. In return, patrons are asked to donate what they would have paid for the pancakes — or more — to their area Children’s Miracle Network hospital, which includes The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, or another cause.
The Children’s Miracle Network “miracle balloons” also will be sold for $1 and $5 each and will be personalized and displayed at participating restaurants through Feb. 23.
