An East Passyunk Crossing chef will merge his love for the Feast of the Seven Fishes and Bouillabaisse, a French seafood soup, through Dec. 30. 


Chef Marco DeCotiis of Noir, 1909 E. Passyunk Ave., offers his Seven Fish Bouillabaisse for $23 a bowl during the eatery’s 12 Days of Fishmas.


“... [S]ourcing fresh fish at the Italian Market is the key to making this soup really special,” the Montreal native and son of Italian immigrants said.
