The Mummers Museum, 1100 S. Second St., hosts Soup Day Festival noon to 4 p.m. Dec. 23. 


The afternoon features the Golden Ladle Award Soup Contest, with a panel of judges determining the winner; museum tours; a Santa Claus visit; face painting; balloon animals; food; the Mummers; and the Soup Day parade.
