This week, Dolores Collins’ Easy Parmesan Garlic Chicken recipe serves as the lesson plan on what to do with the defrosted poultry sitting on the kitchen counter. The resident of the 2100 block of South Hancock Street keeps the preparation process simple by using a mix, coat and bake approach.
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 envelope of Good Seasons Italian salad dressing
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
6 boneless chicken breasts
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Combine the cheese, salad dressing mix and garlic powder. Moisten the chicken with water and then coat with the mixture. Place the breasts in a shallow baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes.
