At 9:35 p.m., 6th District police responded to the area for a reported rape causing Suarez, whose last known address is on the 2600 block of South Seventh Street, to flee northwest toward Ninth and Vine streets, but he left his pants, shoes and wallet behind.
The woman was transported to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.

“As far as anyone knows, this guy could be in Mexico by now. Just this last Monday, August 30th, my daughter was robbed by a Mexican with a knife at 10th & Ritner Sts. at an ATM machine. She was able to see the car he jumped into filled with a few other men. There was also a robbery at Broad & Porter Sts. by gun, also committed by two Mexicans. I can't understand WHY Mayor Nutter doesn't do something about this epidemic in South Phila. I feel these people should be checked to see if they are here illegally. I'll make a wager they are illegal. I have never in my life had a hatred for anyone, but lately, since this happened to my sweet daughter, I hate all of those people who are living here in this Country illegally and who are also committing crime.”

“I'm with you. I don't understand how anyone can support illegal immigration. Now these dirtbags are bringing more crime.”
