The cold dip in temperatures mixed with steady rain showers wasn’t enough to spoil the celebratory mood along South Broad Street Sunday afternoon as musicians, chrildren and Grand Marshal Frankie Valli, top left, sitting with Jerry Blavat, kept the sidewalk-stationed spectators entertained at Sunday’s annual Columbus Day Parade. Others enjoyed mingling with friends and family and sampling the variety of local specialties offered at the Italian Festival in Marconi Plaza, Broad Street and Oregon Avenue.
