The early bird may get the worm, but these Tuesday morning visitors to the Charles Santore Branch, 932 S. Seventh St., received something less slimy and more enjoyable — a visit from Elmo. The red raconteur and his furry allies will perform next month in Sesame Street Live “1-2-3 Imagine! with Elmo and Friends,” but he gave youngsters a sample of his hilarity during storytime.
