Santa Claus is coming to town — in July. With six months until the winter holiday, Lee Marshall, of East Windsor, N.J, was one of several Santa look-alikes at Citizens Bank Park, 1 Citizens Bank Way, soaking in the rays at the pregame tailgate Monday. The festivities were part of a Christmas in July theme for the game against the San Diego Padres. SPR
