Eager anticipation filled the air Monday afternoon as fans gathered in excitement for the thrill of another opening day at Citizens Bank Park. Steve Carlton — the statue in this case — overlooked fans entering through the left- field gate prior to the Phils’ 7-4 win over the Nationals.
