Cool cruiser

Temperatures climb as the lazy days of summer loom and the pressing heat closes in with no end in sight. Finding a little relief by catching the only available breeze, a biker peddles passed the intersection of Ninth Street and Washington Avenue Tuesday afternoon. Her airy summer dress, platform shoes and swept-up hair speak volumes about the mercury, which refuses to drop below 80.

Geez... You're making me homesick. Life is so boring in Ohio! I wish I were back in Philly, eating a Tastykake, and watching the Phils. Keep up the good work.
