A man who supposedly argued with and then assaulted a SEPTA bus driver turned himself in to authorities. The Philadelphia Police Department announced on Friday that they have Ruben Johnson in custody based on an Aug. 3 incident on the 2000 block of South Broad Street. Authorities charged Johnson with aggravated assault and related offenses.
